I really don’t like the way Hurricane Gustav is shaping up right now. On the long range track, Gustav is looking to be a Major Category 3 hurricane aiming for somewhere between Houston and New Orleans by early next week. The bad news for New Orleans is if he stays on track, NO will get the front-right quadrant of the major hurricane. In case you didn’t know, that is the most dangerous area of these storms. Ok, I think we’re going to have to go back to 3 posts a week until I get the hang of this work thing. This does not mean I’ve given up on the blog. I will still be doing reviews of things, and will continue with the ABCs of Entertainment, and posting as often as I can. But the firm schedule is going to be 3 days a week. We’ll hit you up with a new post this Thursday and another on Saturday. Triva will remain on Sundays and will not count toward the 3 days a week. Posts by Nick will be up
Centre sends 1200 CRPF personnel to Jammu

With the ongoing stir over the Amarnath land row showing no signs of abating in the J&K’s winter capital, the Centre today rushed about 1200 additional CRPF personnel to Jammu to assist the local authorities in maintaining law and order. The 1200 personnel (12 companies) were airlifted to Jammu from the national capital, official sources said. The move becomes significant in view of fresh clashes breaking out between police and protesters there and tomorrow’s rally called by the Shri Amarn
